Data deletion request
Lou et Lo will delete or unlink app-related personal data on request, subject to legal retention needs and nursery records that must remain for child care and administration.
What we can delete
- Teacher device pairing record for your phone
- Session credentials for that device
- Local app data on the device (by uninstalling the app)
What we may keep
- Daily reports and student records you submitted while authorized (nursery operational records)
- Administrative logs needed for security and accountability
How to request deletion
- Ask a nursery administrator to revoke the device in Teacher devices, or email info@louetlo.com with subject “Teacher app data deletion”.
- Include your name, device label if known, and device type (Android or iOS).
- Uninstall the Lou et Lo Teacher app from the device.
- We will confirm when the pairing record has been removed or revoked (typically within 30 days).
