Data deletion request
Lou et Lo will delete or unlink app-related personal data on request, subject to legal retention needs and nursery records that must remain for child care and administration.
What we can delete
- Parent device registration linked to your phone
- Push notification tokens for that device
- Links between that device and one or more children in the parent app
- Local app data on your phone (by uninstalling the app)
What we may keep
- Core student and daily report records created by the nursery as part of care (not solely for the app)
- Information we must retain for legal, safety, or administrative reasons
How to request deletion
- Email info@louetlo.com with subject “Parent app data deletion”.
- Include the parent’s name, the child’s first name and class, and the device type (Android or iOS).
- Uninstall the Lou et Lo app from your phone.
- We will confirm when the device linkage and related tokens have been removed (typically within 30 days).
